SUSPECT ARRESTED: Police have arrested a Mitchellville man facing attempted murder charges for an incident that critically injured another man
Des Moines Police announced that they have arrested a man charged with attempted murder.
Police say 31-year-old Don Moore of Mitchellville had a dispute with a passenger in his car, 27-year-old Adrian Mart of Altoona, on January 31st.
Authorities say Moore took off, as Mart tried to get out of the car. Witnesses say Moore tried to make Mart fall from the car and eventually hit a tree.
Mart was critically injured and remains hospitalized.
Police issued a warrant for Moore earlier on Friday. He was arrested Friday evening without incident.
